Italy vs. Spain

How Italy got here: Italy had a scare against Austria in the round of 16, needing extra time to take out the strong defensive unit. The Azzurri held on against Belgium in a 2-1 win to advance to the semifinal. Italy has won its last 13 fixtures.

How Spain got here: Spain bounced back after an embarrassing own goal against Croatia to score three straight, only to give away two late goals to go to extra time. The group then beat Switzerland in penalty kicks to make the semifinal round.

How Denmark got here: The Danes took down Czech Republic 2-1 with Thomas Delaney and Kasper Dolberg providing goals in the first half for the victors. Patrik Schick gave Czech Republic hope with an early strike in the second half, but Denmark held on to preserve the victory and a spot in the semifinal.

How England got here: Harry Kane scored two goals as England stormed past Ukraine 4-0 to reach the semifinal. England was up 1-0 entering the second half, but Harry Maguire and Kane quickly broke the game by scoring right after each other.
