Belgium vs Italy Live Streaming Euro 2020: How to Watch Online

The second Euro 2020 quarterfinal is on Friday as talented contenders Italy and Belgium meet up in Munich. Both teams are riding high after intense wins in the round of 16. Italy got by Austria in extra time, while Belgium bounced reigning champs Portugal. Italy are the favorites in this one due to the injury issues inside the Red Devils’ squad.

Here’s how you can watch the match and what to know:

Viewing information

Date: Friday, July 2 | Time: 3 p.m. ET
Location: Allianz Arena — Munich, Germany
TV: ESPN | Live stream: LocalTV (Try for free)

Belgium are currently facing something of an injury crisis, with star players Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard both 50/50 as to whether they’ll be able to play. Dries Mertens and Yannick Carrasco both were their replacements during the win over Portugal, and are likely to start up front alongside Romelu Lukaku if De Bruyne and Hazard are sidelined.

Italy romped to victory in the ground stages but looked leggy against Austria. Two extra-time goals eventually saw them squeak through to the quarter-finals, but it wasn’t as convincing a win as many expected. Facing this Belgium team will be Roberto Mancini’s toughest test yet and they’ll need to be on top form to win. They are at least likely to have 36-year-old central defender Giorgio Chiellini back after the captain missed the previous two games.

Belgium vs Italy kicks off today (Friday, July 2) at 8 p.m. BST (3 p.m. ET / 12 p.m. PT) and you can watch the live stream anywhere in the world, for free.
